One-on-One Personal Training

All my in-person clients are strongly recommended to begin their journey with PitKrew by training with me individually before participating in the Group classes. With One-on-One Training, it provides me with the opportunity to get to personally know each client, their health history and any previous injuries as well as work on their form.

Group Training

My group training classes are designed with value in mind. The classes are beneficial because you receive the value of personal training alongside one-on-one attention! Plus - you have the option to work out with friends! I will provide the workouts ahead of time and provide oversight to correct form, motivate and encourage all my clients!

At Pit Krew Fitness, I bring more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in this industry. My mission is to empower my clients with the knowledge and skills to live the healthiest and most balanced lifestyle possible free of diets and meal plans.

Because of all the work you have done with me, my golf game has improved substantially this year. The emphasis on stretching and correct form has resulted in increased body awareness and control, leading to better shots. Now each time I hit a good shot, I say "thanks Katie"!"

As a "senior citizen", I really appreciate your focus on doing the exercises correctly, stretching and the yoga poses.
